Together, we will explore your objectives, expectations, beliefs, and help you to recognize some of your core physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional values. This will help me get to know you, and for you to get you know yourself.

After exploring and digging into what it is you want, we will develop some goals in the areas of your life you want to make lasting change. We'll discuss daily habits and action steps for you to take to get you moving toward your ideal life.

We will re-evaluate and review action steps, discuss progress and any obstacles you've come across and well as brainstorm how to get past these. Your goal plan is a live document, and we can make any change you want during this phase as you discover what it is you desire for your life.
